She has got a role of devotee for silver screen in the film ‘Siganduru Chowdeshwari Mahime’. Shuba Punja says she is a frequent visitor to the temple of the goddess in Sagar Taluk of Shimoga district. The reason behind Shuba Punja accepting the role is also because she is staunch follower of Siganduru Chowdeshwari Devi.
